Car rental information


Read this. This page collects information about car rental. Please notice that it has been downloaded from a sardinian tourist internet provider: this means that probably it does not collect all companies, and in particular smaller (and cheaper) companies we know to operate at convenient rates are not present. Also, the car rentals in Dorgali - Cala Gonone are not in this list; these could be added in a later update.
To trace these, two ways: either try the italian yellow pages (car rental is "autonoleggio", as for province, Dorgali and Cala Gonone are in Nuoro's province, Olbia and Alghero in Sassari's), or go through a search engine, e.g. Janas (sardinian for witch or fairy), and try something like "autonoleggio sardinia" or "autonoleggio olbia" etc.
Also, we have selected locations which could be of interest to you (near arrival points in Sardinia or near Cala Gonone), erasing a number of other ones (e.g. all the "costa smeralda" places).
To trace phone numbers in Italy you can use yellow pages for companies, offices etc.; you can also access (via this link) white pages on the web for private numbers as well as business ones.
Before complaining, please remember the conference organizers are not a tourist office !
