Torta Mozart

Ingredients:

sugar
gr200

flour
gr200

butter
gr80

cocoa
gr30

eggs
3

baking
powder

salt
to taste

coffe with
milk 1/7 lt

coffee
gr.15

ruhm

grated
lemon rind

Method:

Mix well together butter, egg yolks and sugar.Stir in lemon rind, ruhm, coffee, cocoa and coffee with milk, little by little. Sift the flour with baking powder and stir in alternating with egg whites whipped until stiff.
Pour in a baking tin and bake for about one hour at 150.
