DEAR  MR. PRESIDENT,
representing the country of__________________________________________

The Chess Deaf Federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (CDFK) has the honor to invite you to

participate in the First Asian Championship of the Silent Chess Club Teams that is to be held from

01.10.2003 till 10.10.2003 in Almaty, the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The present event has been approved by the 27-th Congress of  ICSC), held on 28.07.02 in Vilnius (Lithuania).

From your country we anticipate those team members who shall consist:

1.                  The team of 2 chess players and 1 utility man (men and women)

2.             Chess players of any Age are allowed to participate.

3.             Chess players who have been granted a class or have Chess Level.

4.             Certificate of hearing loss degree.

The participation in the Championship is to be held without entrance fee and is free of charge. All applications to be accepted by organizing committee before the date of 31.05.03. The closing date for official apllications acceptance is - 31.08.03.

After the first application of the participant is accepted by organizing committee you will be sent the following support documentation:

1.           Program of the First Asian Championship of the Silent Chess Club Teams.

2.             Official invitation form including the list of participants from your country.

3.             The rates of Almaty Hotels (optional).
