Hi guys, nice news from Camber Sands this week:

"We have had lots of international emails saying we haven't listed the price or how you can buy tickets and where it is and what's my favourite colour, how big is your……….., so for all you ATP virgins here are the details to come and see our what I predict will be our most exciting event yet!
We are always asked 'What if I don't have a credit card, can I still book?'' ''What if I can't find 3 other people to go but I wanna go?'' So read on and find out how to overcome these obstacles.
ATP UK 2002 is curated by Shellac and will be held over two consecutive weekends. Weekend one is April 19th to April 21st 2002 and weekend two is April 26th to April 28th 2002. Tickets are £100 per weekend + £5.00 booking fee. The tickets are vaild for one weekend only and this to meet the demand rather than move to a bigger site. The event is located at a holiday camp in East Sussex called Pontins. Camber Sands is 5 miles from Rye and there will be shuttle buses running from Rye to the site. Rye is about 60 miles from London and takes the really slow train about an 90 minutes to get there.
Each ticket holder will get entry to the festival plus 3 nights accommodation in what would be best described as a motel and not a prison cell like some have asked. Each chalet is lockable with a private bathroom and toilet + a shower or 
bath (bring your own towels), private bedrooms and bedding, a kitchen with a fridge, sink, stove, cooker, oven, cutlery, plates, cups, a lounge with a colour TV and a channel programmed by the curators Shellac. Food is not included but there are food outlets on site and a grocery store that enables you to cook food in your own chalets. We have fully licensed bars that open daily at 12pm and go right through to 5am. All Ticket holders need to be 18 to attend due to the license restrictions.
Chalets are to be booked by credit card in blocks of 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. If you would like to buy tickets and not pay for them by credit card because you haven't got access to one - then email me and I will guide you through the procedure. The list of bands confirmed is on the full line up button and scheduling for what day each band is down to play is being worked out as I write this. All in all, this is a fucking great line-up that Shellac have invited, as you can see there are more bands this year, far more tickets available so everyone gets to go - what more could you ask for?
If you are not into it - then don't come, because this is about good times and not about miserable bastards that would complain if they won the lottery."

Salve ragazzi! Buone notizie questa settimana per quanto riguarda il festival di Camber Sands (leggetevi l'introduzione se non ne sapete nulla!):

"Gli Shellac hanno deciso di curare l'ATP UK 2002 che si terrà all' Holiday Center di Camber Sands dal 19 al 21 Aprile, 2002. I biglietti sono ora disponibili e possono essere comperati cliccando sull' aposito spazio, oppure telefonando alla Wayahead allo 0871-22-00-260. I biglietti costano 100 sterline (approssimativamente 300.000 lire ndr) ed includono l'alloggio per 3 notti, l'entrata a tutti i concerti, sconti sul luogo e anche un cd gratis per ogni possessore del biglietto. Le band qui sotto sono quelle la cui apparizione è già confermata. Da notare che i Fugazi, sebbene invitati, non hanno confermato ancora la loro presenza, perciò invitiamo a non comprare il biglietto appositamente per vedere loro, almeno fino a quando non daranno la loro conferma definitiva. Aggiungeremo sempre nuove band col passare delle settimane e spero che la lista risulterà ancora migliore. Abbiamo anche un asso nella manica per rispondere a tutte le critiche (dei passati anni ndr) e per sconvolgerti allo stesso tempo!"
