All ICSC Asian Member Countries are eligible to enter a team the 1st Asian Team Deaf Chess Deaf Championships in Tashkent 2011 based on the following information:     a) The participating ICSC member-country must update its ICSC membership for 2011,  by  a  written      request to the ICSC Secretary up to 31st March 2011, the 2011 Subscription as well as the 1st Asian     Team Chess Deaf Championship entry fee be paid in Tashkent, prior to the competition;   b) Participation is open to national teams:     - Team men: 4 player + 2 reserve     - Team women: 2 player + 2 reserve     Any queries, please contact the President of the Uzbekistan Deaf Sports Association, Mrs.Dilbar Karimova  via e-mail e-mail
