First of all, the six-string bass that reminds me a lot of another 
good song (Faith):

Play this way at the beginning (because of the slide between B and G, 
listen to the CD)

And this way the rest, with variations:

You can alternate between these two as much as you want.

And the rhythm guitar that goes with it:

Note the parenthesis, you can play this two ways, either playing the D
on the G string and the E on the B string at the same time, or play 
them separately, moving up the chord. The same for the C chord...
By the way, the song starts with the D chord thing, and has some kind
of really cool distortion-wah sounding thing...

At the change, the chords are A-G-E (all octave chords) like this:

For the solo, just kind of go crazy on whatever progression it is the
solo is over, I forgot.
