Apple DVD Player 2.5 patch

This patch allow you to use Apple DVD Player 2.5 on any Macintosh or clone with PowerPC G3/G4 and ATI Rage 128 or Nvidia GeForce

  • DVD-ROM drive
Software required
  • MacOS 9.0.4 or better

Apple DVD Player 2.5 is NOT avalible for download. It can only be found on new Macintosh.

Some usefull tips you can use to improve Apple DVD Player performances:

  • Incrase meomory assigned to Apple DVD Player (30-40Mb)
  • Set Disk Cache to 128k (in Memory control panel)
  • If you have at least 128Mb RAM installed, turn off Virtual Memory
  • Diasble Enegy Saver or any screen saver
