AN EXTRACT OF THE REGULATIONS
about transfer and utilisation of the area in
the industrial zone
The
application to have a plot allocated within the area in
question must be forwarded from the person concerned to
the President of the Consortium.
Accompanied by a certificate testifying the inscription
in the right professional list and some
technical-economical information about the activity which
one intends to carry out and also with some indication
towards the required surface and about the labourers to
be occupied.
The application will be considered within sixty days by
the Ente Administration Board, which will then give their
approval of the initiative, allocating, where the
approval is affirmative, the plot requested.
Should it happen that the area requested may result
excessive regarding your needs or on technical-economical
terms or from the examination of the plan, the Ente may
change its dimensions.
The allocated plot must be used exclusively with a scope
for industry, craftwork, and commercial tourism or for
services of public concern.
The "seller" must keep to every other
regulation, arrangement, instruction, which, in the
statuatory sphere of the Consortium, will be stated or
given at the attainment of the regulations of the same
Consortium.
The
payment of the allocated location must be carried out as
follows:
1 - 30% within of 60
days when the plot was allocated;
2 - 70% within 60
days from the time of approval by the Consortium of the
executive plan and however, in context, at the drafting
of the public act of transfer.
The
cost of the transfer of the locations has been fixed by
the General Assembly a £. 12.000 per square metre
exclusive of I.V.A. (VAT).
